Nieuwewerf is a Karoo-style guesthouse with two separate fully self-contained, luxury cottages located in the picturesque town of Prince Albert, Western Cape Province.
Nieuwewerf’s 5 Star (graded)cottages – Nieuwehuyz(‘new home’) andNieuwerust(‘new rest’) are specifically designed and built to accommodate families, couples or single guests in need of a luxury retreat and wanting to unwind in a very private setting,

Nieuwewerf incorporates green architectural elements in the design and the facilities are universally accessible for persons with disabilities. Nieuwehuyz has two suites, namely; Koninklijke and Hertog Suites. Nieuwerust has three luxury suites, namely; Orchidee, Zwaan and Jongen Suites (and can accommodate between 4 – 6 guests). Facilities include a lounge with a Mørso wood burning fire place, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and enclosed private courtyard. In addition Nieuwerust has a swimming pool for the warm Prince Albert days. Exclusive Wi-Fi and Netflix are available to keep guests entertained.
As a Bike Friendly Certified venue, Nieuwewerf provides secure bike storage for overnight guests and a range of bike friendly amenities and services (see below).
