Discover Mountain Bike Heaven
Challenge yourself in this mountain biking paradise. Mike’s Pass and the mountain loop at 2000m ASL, offers some challenging riding taking you to the top of the Little Berg with breath-taking views of the main mountain range. Ride or drive up to the Arendsig car park from where you can enjoy 25kms of mountain bike trails on gravel road and Management 4×4 tracks. Alternatively, park at Didima camp and ride your bike up or begin from the bottom of Mike’s Pass to add on an extra 8 km. If riding down Mike’s Pass be extremely cautious as this road is used by vehicles and a speed limit of 40km/hr is set.
Further afield take on the legendary climb to the top of Sani Pass.
For an easier ride, you can cycle through the plantations surrounding the Cathedral Peak Hotel or ride the Hotel’s very own 20km single mountain bike trail.
