We are proud to offer a beautiful, home-grown, owner-run new café space for Brixton.

Featuring an interior and courtyard designed by talented artist Justin Brett, our aim is to become Brixton locals’ favourite café – and to draw other Jo’burgers to visit and appreciate our beautiful, diverse and artistic neighbhourhood.

There is excellent coffee, great food, and a beautiful space to enjoy. Come for a quick meal; come and linger over a chessboard, novel or newspaper.

All welcome, including those on a budget (we have affordable hot drinks and meals aimed to cater to Brixton’s student population).

We are awaiting our liquor license: until then feel free to BYOB with no corkage.

We are certified bike friendly – offering secure bicycle parking and special deals for people arriving by bike. We also offer learn to cycle classes at our onsite school – The Bicycle.

We are located next door to Whippet Cycling Co., so pop in for a coffee and some grub while you have your bike serviced.
