South Africas toughest extreme one day Mountain Bike Race through the Klein Karoo and Garden Route Coast

The 2019 Momentum Health Attakwas Extreme, presented by Biogen, will once again herald the start of the South African mountain biking season when it takes place on Saturday the 19^th of January.

Entries for the 2019 Hell of the South will open on Monday the 19^th of February 2018.
