Open Streets is coming back to Bellville on Sunday 25th November. For the third time, Voortrekker Road in Bellville will be dedicated to people instead of cars. Kids and adults will be able to dance, play, cycle, skate, explore, connect and showcase projects in the space transformed by Open Streets in collaboration with local partners, The Greater Tygerberg Partnership (GTP) and Voortrekker Road Corridor Improvement District (VRCID).
