I phoned the Knysna Tourism office and spoke to Ziyanda. I enquired about the convenient store in Buffelsbay as I was unable to find the name nor the telephone number on the Internet. She was able to tell me whay they were selling and said she will get their telephone number and phone me back. She did so and phoned me back within a couple of minutes. And, the friendliness!!! Excellent customer service!!!
