Situated right at the foothills of the Swartberg Pass (a renowned UNESCO word heritage site), Kobus se Gat an onsite restaurant, cosy accommodation and fully guide tours (including hiking and mountain biking tours) of the Swartberg Mountain Pass and surrounds.
Kobus se Gat restaurant is famous for their traditional South African Karoo dishes mainly prepared on the open fire. Traditional bread (Roosterkoek) forms part of every meal and is served warm with a variety of marmalade and seasonal vegetables are freshly harvested from their gardens.

Here you can relax in luxurious comfort and convenience in the newly built farm-style mountain cottages with their panoramic views of the Swartberg Mountain. The fully equipped self catering cottages can be used for a romantic break away for 2 people or can be extended to cater for 5 people.
