The Art of Work is a series of tiny documentaries about people who have found a way of making their work a happy, satisfying part of their lives.
Too many of us see work as a necessary evil – a means to an end. A way of making money so that we can afford to enjoy ourselves in our spare time. It doesn’t have to be this way.
In this series, I seek out people who are truly fulfilled by their work, and glean what bits of wisdom I can from them. People like, Fagodien Campher, a bicycle mechanic, who runs one of the Bicycling Empowerment Network’s repair shops at the Lavender Hill High School.
Shot on the Nikon D800.
